Founded in 2002, Neatcrown Corwen Ltd has grown into a leading UK-based contract manufacturer specialising in the development and production of high-quality liquid formulations for the agriculture, horticulture, and home & garden sectors. Situated in North Wales, the company operates from a site with over 40 years of heritage in garden care manufacturing, previously home to Phostrogen Ltd and later owned by Monsanto and Scotts Miracle-Gro.

Our journey is built on a foundation of technical expertise, innovation, and a commitment to quality and customer service. Based in Corwen, North Wales, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility combines advanced production capabilities with rigorous quality standards to deliver products that meet the evolving needs of our clients and markets.

At Neatcrown Corwen Ltd, we continue to invest in advanced equipment and infrastructure to support flexible, high-volume liquid production. Our facility includes mixing vessels ranging from 1,000 litres up to 15,000 litres, allowing us to accommodate everything from small-scale development batches to full-scale commercial manufacturing.

We operate an automated liquid filling line capable of handling volumes from 175ml to 10 litres, supporting both retail-ready packaging and industrial scale and bulk container formats. For formulations requiring high purity, our on-site deionised water plant ensures consistent water quality, enhancing product performance and stability. These capabilities enable us to manufacture, fill, label, and repack liquid products efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
